I recently bought a home with a great backyard that has an awning that added an outdoor room. I went on the roof, cleaned the gutters, and realized when they were installed they never were pitched so the water runs towards the downspout, so they flooded the outside area that was supposed to be covered. I went online and for convenience, filled out a form to get a free quote to fix this problem. Huge mistake. I was bombarded with calls and knocks on my door from companies who wanted my business. I received astronomical quotes, and requests to detach my awning frame before any work could be done. Most of all, I didn't trust any of the guys who gave the estimates. I wound up taking time and revisiting the work a month later, reading up on reviews and getting estimates one at a time. I came across Orlando Seamless Gutters and saw great online reviews. When I called, I had to leave a message, but a woman called me right back and set up an appointment for the estimate. On the day of the appointment, a sales guy named Chris called to give me his eta, and was right on time. I could immediately tell Chris had experience and knew what he was talking about. I told him what I needed to fix, and what areas of my home I would like to install new gutters. He came back with a quote that I thought was great, and personally, I would've paid more because of the trust he built during our meeting. Today, Rufus and Kevin came to do the work. They were awesome. They talked me through exactly what they were going to do. We identified an area where there was a tree that I did not want to move, and would be tough to work around, so they gave me options that made complete sense. They did the job in one day and were extremely diligent and professional. They also went around my house and left everything cleaner than it was when they arrived. I'm so glad I took the time to do the research on this company because it was absolutely worth it. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys, and thank you!
