Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 24, 2026
Welcome to our website. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Orlando Seamless Gutters (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the property owner or authorized representative (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) regarding estimates, website use, and seamless gutter installation services performed in Orange County, Florida.
By requesting an estimate, booking a service, or interacting with our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Estimates, Pricing, & Project Acceptance
- Quote Expiration: All written estimates provided by Orlando Seamless Gutters are valid for exactly 30 days from the date issued. If an estimate is not accepted within 30 days, pricing is subject to change based on current material costs and labor rates.
- Mid-Project Modifications (Change Orders): If unforeseen structural conditions or client requests require a change in the scope of work or material colors, Orlando Seamless Gutters will discuss the modification directly with the homeowner before proceeding with any changes. No additional charges will be billed without prior verbal or written communication.
2. Payment Terms & Deposits
We require a deposit to secure your project on our installation schedule. Our deposit structure is based on the total estimated project cost:
- Projects Under $2,000: A 10% deposit is required upfront.
- Projects Over $2,000: A 25% deposit is required upfront.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the gutter installation.
3. Job Site Logistics & Property Access
- Homeowner Attendance: The homeowner does not need to be home on the day of installation.
- Site Preparation & Access Requirements: While you do not need to be present, you must ensure that the property is accessible to our crew. You agree to leave all gates unlocked and ensure that outdoor electrical power outlets are functional and accessible for our tools on the scheduled installation days.
- Pre-Arrival Obstacles: Our crew is experienced in working around standard residential perimeters. You are not required to pre-clear standard property features, and no handling or structural prep fees will apply.
4. Scheduling, Delays, & Weather
- Weather Postponements: Seamless gutter installation requires safe, dry conditions for both crew safety and proper material sealing. Orlando Seamless Gutters reserves the right to postpone and reschedule installation at any time due to inclement weather (including rain, lightning, high winds, or severe heat) without penalty.
- Tentative Timelines: All scheduled installation dates provided at the time of deposit are tentative target dates. While we make every effort to arrive on schedule, timelines may shift due to weather delays on prior jobs or supplier delays.
5. Hidden Property Conditions & Liability Limits
- Existing Wood Rot & Structural Damage: Orlando Seamless Gutters is not responsible or liable for pre-existing, hidden structural defects—including rotted fascia boards, damaged rafters, or crumbling brick/siding—uncovered during the removal of old gutters or installation of new ones. If rotted wood is discovered, work will pause until a solution is discussed with the homeowner.
- Underground Utilities & Landscaping: If your project includes underground drainage tile extensions or excavation, the Client is responsible for clearly marking or notifying Orlando Seamless Gutters of private underground lines (such as invisible dog fences, private irrigation/sprinkler lines, or specialized landscape lighting cables) prior to the start of work.
6. Warranties & Governing Law
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. This project includes the following protection:
- Workmanship Warranty: A 10-year warranty on labor covering installation defects.
- Material Warranty: A 20-year warranty on materials (covering aluminum chipping, rusting, or cracking as outlined by the manufacturer).
- Note: Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather events (hurricanes, hail), falling tree limbs, or lack of standard maintenance (clogged gutters causing water backup).
- Governing Law: This Agreement and all professional services rendered shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes or claims arising from this agreement must be filed and resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida.
